Breakfast
Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I like to change it up depending on how much time I have of a morning. If I'm in a rush my go to is usually muesli and yoghurt, ideally I'd like it to be home made, but if not my favourites are Carman's Fruit Free or Gluten Free muesli with Jalna's BioDynamic Whole Milk Yoghurt or Black Swan's Greek yoghurt. If I have more time of a morning my absolute favourite breakfast is toast (usually wholemeal spelt) with egg, avocado, toasted seeds and goat's feta.

Lunch and Dinner
For me lunch usually consists of an easy stir fry in winter made with garlic, ginger and tamari sauce, or olive oil and black pepper. During summer I love to put together salads with whatever I have in the fridge or cupboard. Dinner is pretty similar with a massive plate of veggies with some protein to fill it out. When I have more time of a night that's usually when I try out different recipes, for these click here
